Weil, one of the biggest names in BigLaw, is changing leaders. Ramona Nee takes over at year end.

Paul Hastings poached a capital markets team out of Winston Taylor in Dallas and Orange County, Norton Rose added a trade and sanctions partner in DC from Eversheds, and Latham brought in a securities and M&A litigator in Houston. Proskauer and Gordon Rees added partners in Charlotte and Hartford, and Simpson Thacher signed a new lease in Manhattan, a clear bet on growth.
