That comes as The American Lawyer reports Paul Weiss has accelerated its shift toward M&A and private equity, with leadership changes, exits, and associate cuts. A handful of other moves too: Pillsbury added two litigation partners in New York, Fox Rothschild added one, Latham grabbed an IP litigator from Gibson Dunn in San Francisco, and Haynes Boone brought on a capital markets partner in Houston.
